1. Offer period

  • The Flosenso Year End Sale is valid only from 24th December 2025 to 31st December 2025.
  • Purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for this offer.

2. Products covered under the offer

This offer is applicable on the following products:

The offer applies only to genuine purchases made during the offer period.

3. Offer benefits

Customers purchasing during the offer period are eligible for:

A. Discount Offer

  • Up to ₹4,000 OFF on MRP of eligible Flosenso products.
  • The discount amount may vary based on the product variant and ongoing pricing.

B. Free extended warranty

        i.            Flosenso

  • 1+1 year warranty
  • Extended warranty worth ₹1,875

        i.            Flosenso Pro

  • 1+2 year warranty
  • Extended warranty worth ₹4,200

4. Mandatory step to avail free warranty

  • The free extended warranty is NOT applied automatically.
  • Customers must manually add the Free Warranty item to their cart to avail the offer.
  • The extended warranty discount coupon will be automatically applied when the product is added to the cart.
  • No post-purchase requests for warranty addition will be entertained.

5. Eligibility Criteria

  • Offer is valid only for individual retail customers.
  • Applicable only on purchases made:
  • Through the official Flosenso website
  • Authorized sales channels
  • Bulk, dealer, or institutional purchases may be excluded unless specifically stated.

6. Warranty coverage

  • Extended warranty starts after the standard warranty period ends.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, as per Flosenso’s standard warranty policy.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  •  Improper installation
  •  Water damage to controller
  • Tampering or unauthorized repairs
  • Power fluctuations beyond specified limits

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • All purchases remain subject to Flosenso’s existing Return & Refund Policy.
  • Discounted or offer-based purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • Extended warranty value cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded separately.

9. Misuse & Fraud

Flosenso reserves the right to cancel the order or revoke the offer if:

  • Any misuse, fraud, or manipulation is detected
  •  Incorrect information is provided during checkout

10. Modification & Withdrawal Rights

Flosenso reserves the right to:

  • Modify
  • Extend
  • Shorten

Withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Flosenso / Energy Bots Pvt. Ltd. will be final and binding.
