1. Eligible products and offer

The Flosenso Pro + Navi and Flosenso Pro + Pulse offers apply to the stated combination as sold on the official website. Other products, accessories, or combinations are not eligible unless specifically included on the website during the campaign.

2. Campaign period and eligibility

The offer is valid for orders placed on the official Flosenso website from 20 October through 9 November 2026, inclusive. The offer is available to customers purchasing eligible products for delivery in serviceable locations in India, subject to product availability and successful payment.

3. How the discount is applied

The applicable discount will be applied at checkout to an eligible purchase. Customers should check that the offer appears in the order summary before completing payment. The discount has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

4. Purchase channel and combining offers

5. Availability and order checks

All products are subject to availability. Flosenso may decline or cancel an order where there is a payment issue, a suspected error in the listed price or discount, suspected fraud, or misuse of the campaign. If an order is cancelled after payment, any refund due will be processed in line with the applicable refund policy.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

The standard Flosenso cancellation, return, replacement, and refund policies continue to apply during the campaign. Any refund for an eligible order will be calculated on the discounted amount actually paid by the customer, subject to the applicable policy. The standard 30-day money-back guarantee, where applicable to the purchased product, remains subject to its published terms.

7. Warranty

Products purchased under this campaign continue to carry the standard warranty applicable to the relevant product.

8. Changes to the campaign

Flosenso may amend, suspend, extend, or end the campaign or update these terms where required. Any applicable changes will be published on the official website. Orders already confirmed will be handled in accordance with the terms shown at the time of purchase and applicable law.

9. Limitation of responsibility

Flosenso is not responsible for interruptions to the website, payment gateway failures, or delivery delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. This does not affect any rights customers have under applicable law.

10. Governing law and support
