Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully to understand how this campaign works.

1. Campaign Period

The campaign is applicable on the following products:

· Flosenso Pro

3. Campaign Benefits

Every eligible Flosenso order placed during the campaign period will receive a special Holi gift, shipped along with the product.
Customers can also unlock a 3-month extended warranty and stand a chance to win FREE 1 + 2-Year Extended Warranty by participating in the Valentine engagement activity (as defined below).
Warranty benefits will be activated only after successful verification by the Flosenso team.

4. Valentine Engagement Activity (Warranty Unlock)

To qualify for the 3-month extended warranty and stand a chance to win FREE 1 + 2-Years Extended Warranty:

Photos must be shared within the campaign period or within a reasonable time after delivery, as communicated by Flosenso.
Flosenso reserves the right to approve or reject submissions that do not meet the campaign criteria.

5. Eligibility Criteria

The campaign is valid only for individual retail customers.
Applicable only on Flosenso purchases made during the offer period.
Business, bulk, or institutional orders are not eligible unless explicitly stated.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases under this campaign are subject to Flosenso’s standard Return & Refund Policy.
Extended warranty benefits unlocked through the campaign will be void if the product is returned or refunded.
No post-purchase price or offer adjustments will be allowed.

7. Offer Limitations

This campaign cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discount codes, or partner deals unless explicitly mentioned.
One campaign benefit is applicable per product.
The campaign is valid for a limited time and is subject to stock availability.

8. Misuse & Fraud

Flosenso reserves the right to cancel orders or withdraw campaign benefits if:

Any misuse, fraud, or manipulation of the campaign is detected
False, misleading, or inappropriate content is shared as part of the engagement activity
Incorrect or incomplete information is provided during checkout or participation

9. Modification or Withdrawal of Campaign

Flosenso reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, or withdraw the campaign or its benefits at any time without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Flosenso / Energy Bots Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding.
